Dr. Snyder recently returned from the annual meeting of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, held in San Diego, California. In addition to moderating a panel discussion on minimally invasive hip surgery, Dr. Snyder gave lectures on Mini Hip replacement surgery and case studies on bone preserving techniques for hip replacement.
Dr. Snyder will also be presenting a talk on positioning of prosthetic hip components and the anterior approach to the hip at a European conference in Prague, the Czech Republic in March 2011.
Dr. Snyder is a leading expert in the field of Hip Replacement and regularly presents lectures and intraoperative demonstrations of advanced techniques in hip replacement and resurfacing at Newton Wellesley Hospital to surgeons from around the world.
