Dr. Perrone performed the first ultra-minimally invasive uniportal endoscopic lumbar disc surgery at the New England Surgical Suites in Natick, MA. Through an incision less than 1 cm in length, Dr. Perrone removed an extruded disc, resulting in immediate relief of severe back and leg pain that had been worsening for months in a man who had tried all other nonsurgical options without success.
